A small to large, evergreen tree, rarely more than 10 m tall with large leaves and round, yellow fruits with edible, sweet, translucent and smooth flesh that subtly reminds of caramel in flavor, perhaps with a hint of pineapple.
Germination: Remove seed coak and soak for 24 hours in lukewarm water. Sow seeds 1-2cm in coir or sowing mix + sand or perlite. Keep bright and constantly moist but not wet. Germination takes 1-2 weeks or up to a month.
