A rare Furcraea found from southeastern Mexico south to El Salvador that sports many long, straight, toothed, pale green leaves with undulate margins in a large, rather open, mostly trunkless rosette that can reach 3 m 10 ft. in diameter.
The large flower stalk can grow to 7 m 23 ft. tall and is covered in fine, wooly hairs.
An easy and impressive plant in cultivation, it is best suited to warm temperate and tropical regions.

Germination: Cover only slightly with substrate: coir, cactus or sowing mix + 2/3 sand or perlite. Keep bright and constantly moist but not wet.
