A beautiful, clustering dwarf succulent native to South Africas Northern Cape Province and southern Namibia with pale bluish gray, reddish-tinged, thick, club-shaped leaves with a broad, warty tip and attractive, pale yellow flowers.
Titanopsis primosii is one of the easier to grow mesembs and does best in drier, warm temperate climates. Even though adapted to sparse winter rains it does not fall dormant in summer if water is available. Germination: Light germinator! Only sprinkle on the surface of the substrate + slightly press on. Substrate: Coir, pure sand or sowing mix + 2/3 sand or perlite. Keep bright and constantly moist but not wet.
