A rare, hemiepiphytic, woody vine with pendulous, pinnate shoots that hold a terminal cluster of bat pollinated flowers followed by small, round, green fruits with bright red, tiny seeds.
A very unusual ornamental for the humid, tropical garden that is perhaps not yet in cultivation. Germination: Light germinator! Only sprinkle on the surface of the substrate + slightly press on. Substrate: coir or sowing mix + perlite. Keep bright and constantly moist but not wet.
