This reed-like perennial found on moist or wet soils in coastal eastern and southeastern Australia form dense clusters of upright, wiry leaves and small, yellow flowers. In cultivation it does best in temperate climates.
Germination: Sprinkle on the surface of the substrate + slightly press on. Substrate: coir or sowing mix + perlite. Keep bright and constantly moist but not wet. Germination takes 3-6 weeks.
