1 package of 50 tiny seeds
A giant tree that can reach more than 80 m tall with smooth, powdery pale gray to white bark, narrow, dark green leaves and white flowers. It is widely distributed in coastal eastern Australia.
It makes a very desirable hardwood forestry tree that unites extremely fast growth (7 m in its first year), high wood quality, ease of growth and adaptability to tropical as well as warm temperate climates in USDA Zones 9 and above. The timber has been marketed in recent years under the name Red Grandis.
On account of its stunning white bark it also makes an amazing ornamental suitable for large spaces. Germination: Cover seeds only slightly with substrate: coir or sowing mix + perlite. Keep bright and constantly moist but not wet.
