Most likely a wild form of the popular tomatillo, this fruit is harvested at the end of rainy season from wild plants in the Tehuantepec area in Oaxaca
Used in relishes and salsas and locally preferred over the larger, common, domesticated tomatillo. Germination: Light germinator! Only sprinkle on the surface of the substrate + slightly press on. Substrate: coir or sowing mix + perlite. Keep bright and constantly moist but not wet.
