1 Package of 15 Seeds
A large tree to 35 m tall, native to sub-Saharan Africa. A lightly buttressed trunk, covered by rough, gray to reddish-brown bark, a characteristic flat, imposing crown, feathery, pinnate leaves and greenish-white flowers followed by hairy, dehiscent seed pods.
Aside from being a great shade tree, Albizia adianthifolia has a variety of medicinal and culinary applications. Will thrive in tropical and some warm-temperate climates. Germination: Soak the seeds in warm water overnight to allow water to penetrate the leathery seed coat and the next morning sow in seedling trays containing a 5:1 mixture of river sand and compost.
